1. Eligibility & Account Registration
Age Verification

Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be closed without notice, and any balance will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. tk1973 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where such activities are expressly prohibited by law. Excluded Persons

Account Information Accuracy
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account. tk1973 may request supporting documentation to verify any information you provide. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
2. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must ensure your account is not accessible to anyone who is not the registered account holder. tk1973 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Password Security
You are required to choose a strong, unique password for your tk1973 account and to update it regularly. You must notify tk1973 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. tk1973 reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.
One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. If tk1973 identifies duplicate accounts held by the same individual, all related accounts may be suspended, any bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided, and winnings generated using those accounts may be forfeited. Players who are found to operate multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses will be permanently banned from the Platform.
Session Security: Always log out of your tk1973 account when using a shared or public device. tk1973 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from the use of your account on an unsecured device.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tk1973 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. tk1973 does not accept cash payments, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed above.
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad typically credit within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account balance. tk1973 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times vary by method: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. tk1973 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to accounts verified as belonging to the registered player.
KYC and Verification
Before processing a withdrawal request, tk1973 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in your withdrawal request being suspended or declined. tk1973 retains all submitted documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Payments Prohibited: tk1973 strictly prohibits deposits or withdrawals from payment accounts not registered in the player's own name. Any transaction identified as originating from or directed to a third party will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
tk1973 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Unless specified otherwise, only real-money wagers contribute to bonus wagering requirements. Placing bets on low-risk combinations or exploiting arbitrage opportunities to fulfil wagering requirements is considered bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
Bonus Abuse
tk1973 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines — in its sole discretion — that the bonus was claimed through misrepresentation, the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or any other conduct that constitutes abuse of the promotional system. Decisions made by tk1973 in relation to bonus disputes are final.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk1973 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the Platform
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain
- Colluding with other players in any game or betting market
- Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity
- Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening tk1973 staff or other players
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law

Service Interruptions
tk1973 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond tk1973's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. tk1973 will endeavour to restore service promptly and will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from a service interruption, provided that any wagers affected by a verified technical fault will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. tk1973 will endeavour to resolve disputes informally in the first instance. Players are encouraged to contact [email protected] before initiating any formal legal proceedings. tk1973's decisions in relation to game outcomes, account actions, and bonus disputes are final unless a clear technical error is demonstrated.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of tk1973 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
10. Amendments to These Terms
tk1973 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tk1973 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes have been communicated constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].
